The way people learn nowadays has evolved. Try asking the younger group in your tradie business how they want to learn, and you’ll see how diverse learning modes are now from before. Gen Z tends to have shorter attention spans, and the traditional way of learning in a classroom setting no longer seems to be the best fit for them, thus the need to introduce new ways of learning that are beneficial for them.

In this week’s podcast episode, this is what my guest Aaron Salow and I talk about. We discuss the relevance of micro-learning and how you can apply it to your team. Aaron also shares the framework in creating micro-learning resources that Gen Z can benefit from, including the opportunities for seniors in the field to transition what they know to those under them.

I have been listening to the pod casts for a few months now, I can't get enough of all the awesome content that you guys provide. Especially when you guys deliver it from a trade perspective which helps out a lot. Keep up the good work and hopefully one day I can afford one of the trade training trips.
