Chances are, we’re all guilty of what we cover in this series. I know I certainly make mistakes in my quoting processes and I also know for sure that a very large number of my clients do. In this series we cover off on ‘following up’, ‘why women control buying’ and how ‘more trust equals more sales’ with the awesome Eve John from Fully Booked Tradies.

Eve is a master at helping trade based organisations improve their bottom line through increasing their conversions and in this three part series, she goes above and beyond to best communicate the principles of the philosophy that she teaches to her clients and followers,

Episode 2, Why women control buying.

We’re likely all aware of how much better most women are at buying that us guys, however I’d be curious to see how many of us are taking that into consideration on a daily basis.

The way we communicate and interact with our customers, or prospects needs to be receptive to the fact that it’s very often the women that are signing the cheques.

Is your language simple and ‘non-jargonny’. Do you use patronising undertones when you speak, or in your web copy? On a subconscious level, we’ll often try to communicate to our prospects the way that we want to be communicated with, not considering that our level of experience is much higher than the average persons in our area of expertise.

In this podcast, Eve helps us sell to the ladies that control the buying.
