Guest: Jeremy Dyer from Total Fitouts

Sometimes it’s impossible to comprehend where you could potentially take your business. As business owners, we all too often get caught out thinking too small and not lifting the lid on what our true potential really is.
So, what’s the difference between someone that goes on to achieve extraordinary  results as opposed so someone that achieves regular results?

In this episode of Toolbox Talks, I’m speaking with a young man, located up in QLD, Australia that has done a couple of things very well over the years. Firstly, he was smart enough to be teachable and seek coaching when he needed it and secondly he surrounded himself with people that complimented his skill set.

Jeremy Dyer from Total Fit Outs has managed to build an empire out of what most would consider a localised, brick and mortar style business. With the help of his partners, he’s been able to develop a franchise that now spans across Australia and New Zealand and is set to double over the next 12 months.

This is a fantastic podcast with a down to earth Aussie bloke, who’s kicking goals.
