The promises of more time, more income, being your own boss are most likely what attracted you to start your own business. And while all these things can come true, it doesn’t happen instantly. If you want to become a business owner, there’s a need to start thinking like one, which results in acting like one, otherwise you’ll end up burnt out juggling between different tasks like you’ve taken more jobs for you to do just so the business doesn’t fall apart.

Moreover, we will talk about accountability in the business, understanding what your strengths are and utilising them to grow your business, and why it’s important to build a team that is able to support you in achieving your business goals.

We have very interesting discussion points aimed at helping you become the business owner you ought to be. Tune in to this episode now.

I have been listening to the pod casts for a few months now, I can't get enough of all the awesome content that you guys provide. Especially when you guys deliver it from a trade perspective which helps out a lot. Keep up the good work and hopefully one day I can afford one of the trade training trips.
