Running a business without being involved in the daily operations sounds like a dream to most business owners, tradies, in particular.  But, a business owner who lacks this desire or vision is bound to endanger himself, his business, and the people who work for him. If your business is so dependent on you, there is little to zero chance of scaling it and making it more profitable, which will result in frustration and disappointment over time.

In today’s podcast episode, we have a lengthy but meaningful conversation around this topic with my guest Barry Magliarditi. Barry openly shares about the challenges he encountered in his business and how he’s overcome it. He talks about the importance of upgrading your mindset first before anything else. He also discusses the process he uses to increase productivity in his personal life and business. We also touch on the different chapters in his book, The Path to Freedom.

Any tradie business owner seeking to free themselves from the daily grind so they can scale and make their businesses profitable will learn a lot from this episode. Tune into this today!

I have been listening to the pod casts for a few months now, I can't get enough of all the awesome content that you guys provide. Especially when you guys deliver it from a trade perspective which helps out a lot. Keep up the good work and hopefully one day I can afford one of the trade training trips.
